George Placeres-
From California to Colorado.
George Placeres started his culinary career working
for Roy's 5 star restaurant in Hawaii. In 2005 he moved to Aspen, Colorado and became the co-owner of Nutrition Cafe & Aspen Culinary Solutions: catering for celebrities, such as Mariah Carey, Justin Timberlake, John Legend, Prince Bandar of the United Emirates, Michael Kroenke and Barbara Walton.

While in Aspen he met his wife Nicole and had their two children, Justus and lleana.

In 2014 he moved back to his hometown in Northern California and opened a restaurant that was voted a locals favorite for 5 years. In 2018 the mountains called his
family home and they now reside in Highlands Ranch where he began his education into the medicinal benefits of food.
